1. What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address and village, and order details needed to deliver your order.

2. How we use it

To take and deliver orders, show nearby shops, send order updates and keep the app safe. We do not sell your data.

3. Location

We use your location only to find your village, nearby shops and delivery address. You can turn it off in phone settings.

Delivery partners. While you are delivering an order, from pickup until you mark it delivered, the app collects your location, including when the app is closed or not in use, and shares it with that order's customer and GramTez admins. A notification is shown while this is on. The location trail is deleted after 7 days.

4. Sharing

We share only what is needed with the shop and delivery partner handling your order, or when the law requires.

5. Your choices

You can view, update or delete your account at any time from the app or the Delete account page.
